At Fragranced With Love, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade luxury soaps, candles, and wax melts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To protect the nature of our handmade products, the following conditions apply:

Soaps: For hygiene reasons, soaps can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging with the seal intact. We cannot accept returns for soaps that have been unwrapped or used.

Candles & Wax Melts: Must be unlit and showing no signs of use. They must be returned in their original box or packaging.
3. How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email mf@fragrancedwithlove.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Packaging: Safely pack your items. As candles and melts are fragile, please ensure they are well-padded to avoid breakage during the return journey.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
