These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our handmade products.

1. Basis of Sale

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email; this email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

2. Product Information & Safety

Handmade Nature: Our soaps, candles, and wax melts are handmade. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, and scent may occur between batches.
Safety & Usage: All products are supplied with necessary safety labeling (such as CLP labels for candles/melts and Cosmetic Product Safety Reports for soaps). It is the customer's responsibility to read and follow the safety instructions provided.
Allergies: Full ingredient lists are available. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please review the ingredients carefully before use.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (Royal Mail), but we will assist you in tracking your parcel if issues arise.
Risk of loss and title for the goods pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns

30 days
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, soaps and body products cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, logo, and product photography on this website are the property of Fragranced With Love. You may not use, copy, or redistribute any material without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fragranced With Love shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland if applicable).
